Not fresh fries! Took 10 min to get a #2
Ordered a coffee with an extra shot, they charged me, but didn't add the espresso. They also gave me a small instead of a medium. Customer service was terrible, would not recommend.
Food is always pretty consistent. Timeliness not so much. I've had great days and not so great days with wait times far exceeding ten minutes. The restrooms here are kept in remarkable condition and I do give the staff props for that. The staff always has been respectful and generally executes their job well.
Usually very good. Came late to get coffee and they ran out an hour before and didn't bother to tell us until after they took my payment.
Fast service. Gets very busy at lunch.
