The Quality Inn is a nice, friendly, quiet little motel. The owner and his managers and staff are very helpful. They are willing to go above and beyond their duties to make their guests feel like they are #1 including checking in with them shortly after arrival to make sure everything is good with their guests' rooms. They have been remodeling and renovating the hotel and are continuing to strive to make the establishment thrive. They have nightly, weekly, & monthly rates. All that are very competitive to the other hotels in Redwood Falls.

Worst place to stay! Had trouble getting in our room the people before me got sent to two different rooms that were occupied. The whole place was dirty. Still dirty dishes from the morning. Breakfast what a joke. Depending on a 10 year old boy to keep your breakfast going is not right. I'm sure after last night you have many very unhappy costumers!

It looks way better then it did many years ago, and the customer service is great, hot breakfast is a plus also, and super cheap rates

Indoor heated pool, free hot breakfast! Newly renovated, under new management, great stay, all new furniture. Part of worldwide 6500 hotels chain, reward points too :)

0 stars; they should not be open to the public. First, we called to make a reservation several months ago; confirmation email never came through so we had to call a second time, got the email thought we were good. Got to the hotel and had to wait in line more than 20 minutes just to get to the desk. They couldn't find the reservation. Apparently, the system we got the confirmation email from was linked to the prior ownership; ownership that changed hands more than 6 months before we made the reservation and they weren't going to honor it (ownership that is still showing online as active) They finally found a room after we had been there about 2 hours; we would have left except the next nearest hotel was more than 30 minutes away and we didn't think we should be on the roads that late at night. While we were waiting, almost everyone that had gone through the process of checking in (had to go through both people at the desk) came back: key cards didn't work, rooms weren't ready/made up; room under construction you name it. So the people at the desk left to do housekeeping or figure out key cards. Plus the woman's pre-teen son was interrupting as she's trying to listen to guests. Finally, somebody sort of figured out the system, we were charged a rate $40 more than the confirmation email (would have booked elsewhere months ago if knew that was the case) and we were led to a room... 'employee only' area...debris on the floor, next to the laundry, and the key card system in pieces but it only took 5 minutes and a couple different keys tries to get in. Supposedly it was the only/last room and he made it sound like he was doing us a favor since we didn't have the current ownership confirmation. Dropped our stuff off and went to our show. Came back and couldn't get in the room. After three different key tries, the same front desk woman tried for 5-10 minutes to break in to the room. Then she called the maintenance guy...he tried for quite awhile, even checked to see if the window had been left unlocked. After about 20 minutes he said he had a room we could wait in, get some sleep; some people had never checked in. The room we went to was clean enough, but there were weird stains on the tub, cigarette burn in the comforter, etc. Finally, at about 2:15 in the morning he knocked on the door to say we could get our stuff (so over an hour) and he had to drill into the door to get in. To top it off, we went to check out in the morning; the same woman was at the desk, her kid was still trying to get her attention, and she said she had never put us in the system the night before. Would not recommend to anyone; hope I never have reason to stay in town again.
